THIS is a MUST for new staff or those who need a training refresher.

This blog links directly to the Lives in the Balance website based on Dr. Green's Collaborative & Proactive Solutions model. This "walk" is designed to help educational staff identify skills of behaviorally challenged students.

The steps in this "walking tour" are:

1. Change Your Lenses

2. Identify Lagging Skills and Unsolved Problems

3. Solve Problems

Each step has descriptions, videos, and links to other resources. It may take some time but it will be a game changer for you and your students!

Don't work harder (cuz it's hard enough!) , work smarter!
